About this Nominee
Paragon Vacations is a local, licensed property management firm providing full-service vacation rental management throughout Topsail Island. Established in 2023, Paragon Vacations has quickly become one of the island’s highest-rated vacation rental management companies, with a 4.91-star cumulative guest rating over thousands of stays. In just one year, our partnerships with homeowners more than tripled—a testament to our small, dedicated team and our track record of providing exceptional care for the owners we work with, their homes, and, of course, the guests we welcome.
We specialize in short-term rental management, with a focus on innovative strategies, maximizing revenue, and maintaining a high standard of quality for the homes we manage and the guests we host. Our local presence and hands-on approach allow us to be highly responsive while staying closely involved in the day-to-day care of each property.
Our core values of integrity, commitment, and excellence guide how we work and the relationships we build. We take pride in providing exceptional service to our homeowners and guests and being highly responsive to their needs.
