About this Nominee
Paradise Pilates TI was created specifically for the Surf City community — a welcoming space where locals could strengthen their bodies and create connections. And now across 3 locations, between the OG Surf City, Sneads Ferry, and Hampstead, we’ve created a thriving Pilates family on Topsail Island.
Our classes take a modern approach to classic Pilates. By mixing equipment and modalities, we've created a method that helps you live your strongest, healthiest, and most balanced life (physically and mentally). And with experienced instructors and thoughtful modifications, every class is accessible, effective, and enjoyable — whether it’s your first or 50th.
